Moderate Rain in Chhachhro for about 2+ hours - Sources
This image is captured at Umerkot Fort. This is East South East (ESE) Side, Where it was raining in Chhachhro for about 2+ hours. Someone Informed us (in group), that it rained there for 3 hours. Good Showers also in Kantio and Mithrio Morr.
That Day:
Showing High Levels in Lower Sindh and Central and East Sindh (Mostly), Some rain on Punjab-India Border. Thunderstorm in ENE Baluchistan, Development in KPK and Gilgit Baltitstan.
That Day:
- 22 mm rain in Chhachhro
- Traces in Umerkot
- Traces in Chailar
- Traces in Kantio
- Traces in Mithrio Morr
Prediction Was:
As in earlier post (GFS showing Rain ...) and another post (Rain Chances on 11th ...) we predicted rain in Different areas of thar and Sindh. The prediction not went fully wrong, It rained in Thar.
Rain in Chailar's NW Side too, with traces in city!
Yesterday Night (15/07/2016's Night) A Moderate Development took place in Chailar's West Side. Which produced showers in city and moved NW Side and skipped the city, but made the weather enjoyable and pleasant - John Milton

Reasons: Why it didn't rain?
The Reason of No rain or just showers is Dust Clouds. The Dust Clouds change the weather and won't pour the rain. This map is showing dust clouds in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, UAE, Baluchistan, Iran, Sindh, Some of Punjab. In these areas, It didn't rain or just showers occured there when rain was predicted. There is no any dust cloud in India so it is raining there!

New Low, Once again!
Once Again a low is expected to form in Bay of Bengal, which may or may not change into Well Marked low. According to Expert Meteo Boy Waxeem (in our Group):
A Low pressure is likely to form in Bay of Bengal on 20th or 21st July which may or may not intensify into a well marked Low pressure & that system will increase Monsoonal activity in Subcontinent again & possible tracks of the system are shown in map!
